Taking modern design queues from Toyota's FJ Cruiser, the DC100 is built on the Land Rover LR4 platform and spec'd to be equipped with a 2.2 liter four cylinder turbo diesel. Whether or not the manufacturer will get their head out of their collective asses and grow half a brain to bring it to the U.S. remain to be seen.

While not exactly what I imagine to be the replacement for the Defender, I'm going to say it's safe to assume this car is built for the Scion generation. A little too plastic for my taste, it actually reminds me of my son's Power Wheel like 5-times larger! Look for the sport-ute to make showrooms late 2015.

Hi, I'm land rover lover. one thing just I want to share. True, but Land Rover (and many others) sells full seat covers to protect against water and mud. They also have Rubber carpets as well. @Emmy from discovery
