Unfortunately Chevy didn't show any love on uppng the power output to the ground with the 2011. The monsterous 426 hp of the big boy 6.2 LS3 is still in the SS, but 0-60 speeds drop from 4.9 seconds to 5.2. It may not sound like much, but the 2010 Nissan 370Z Roadster does it in 4.7 seconds with just 332hp at the flywheel. Something to think about when your at a stoplight in your SS Drop and some cool kid in a Z pulls up revving his V6.
You're also going to pay alot more. $5,200 more to be exact. I know, I know. But if we're ever going to do our part and maintain Chevy as a vehicle building deity, you have got to ante up for that sunshine worshipping goodness. Putting you over $37,000 into greater debt.
