Can you name each of the characters at the table? Don't be ashamed, I didn't get them all either. From the top right and clockwise: Black Manta, Captain Cold, Roulette, Metallo, Dark Archer and Solomon Grundy. (My favorite DC villian. Probably because he's a zombie that keeps coming back!) Presumably the face in the center is The Toyman.
