Researchers at RIKEN, Japan's flagship research organization, have developed a ground-breaking new chemical which literally turns biological tissue transparent.

Shown above is a normal mouse embryo and one incubated in what's know as ScaleA2 solution. The chemical was created to allow researchers to inject fluorescent or radioactive fluids into a tissue sample and make it easier for them to visualize.

Though it is currently capable of transforming non living flesh transparent, scientist say it is only a matter of time until we have ourselves a rel life Hollow man.
