I'm very excited about Guillermo del Toro's 'The Strain'

I'm not much of a reader outside of comic books (ooh pictures!) but I very much enjoy well produced audiobooks. So when I first heard about Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan's novel 'The Strain' was being made into an FX series, it pleased me to no end. I liked the idea of vampirism being more of a viral/parasitic occurrence than supernatural and del Toro's vampire design from Blade 2 is a great new twist on old Nosferatu.
